The RM2 million losses incurred due to electricity theft in Sandakan happened to a certain extent due to Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd’s (SESB) bureaucracy itself, said Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) Sabah Information Chief Khairul Firdaus Akbar Khan.
