Reporter the South San Francisco Fire Department was one of the departments fighting that blaze. Calfire crews are dousing hotspots and making sure that the wind doesnt flare up the flames again. Developing news out of oakland, where police within the last hour arrested a suspect in a robbery and standoff. Officers on the scene say it began with the theft of a car and some Electronic Devices elsewhere in oakland. Police pinged cell phones to track the stolen items to a store on mcarthur boulevard and randolph avenue. They arrested three men and two women there, but a fourth man stayed inside. About an hour later, a man could be seen surrendering. Police then checked the store to make sure no one else was still inside and that a weapon wasnt left hidden
