Reporter accident investigators say tractor trailers are allowed to park in the outer lanes at certain times and in certain places but neighbors say it amounts to a big danger on the boulevard. They shouldnt allow trailers or cars to park on this side of the street. Reporter second problem is known all too well on this roadway. This is like a runway, strip runway. Its very dangerous. Kierkegaard K, trained and driven by Ake Svanstedt, equalled the track record for trotters during a great afternoon of racing at Vernon Downs featuring four Empire Breeders Classic (EBC) races for three-year-old trotters on Friday, June 16.
