The audit was conducted at 298 public places and 29 streets in 12 BBMP wards in Dasarahalli and eight BBMP wards in Hebbal during June and July 2023. The audit included six types of public places that women access on a regular basis — 76 anganwadi kendras, 92 bus stops, 54 parks, 10 PHCs, seven police stations, 35 public toilets in the two assembly constituencies.
