Acting BCM city manager's vehicle was riddled with bullets
The vehicle of Buffalo City Metro infrastructure director and acting city manager Nceba Ncunyana was sprayed with about 20 bullets when he was shot and wounded in another attack in East London on Friday afternoon. Ncunyana sustained a gunshot wound to his arm when a man opened fire on his vehicle as he approached his home.
