View Comments MARTIN COUNTY  A man accused of criminal mischief now faces an arson charge after the exterior of a Jensen Beach restaurant burned in a fire May 24. The fire damaged the exterior of Mulligan s Beach House Bar and Grill, melting chairs, burning tables and scorching the paint off part of the restaurant. Martin county sheriff s investigators said Godwin Keith Miller, 47, was recorded on video setting fire to tiki flags outside Mulligan s Beach House Bar and Grill and spray painting a nearby business. The Sheriff s Office has not released footage of the fire being set. The Sheriff s Office released video that shows a man deputies identified as Miller throwing things outside the restaurant and a nearby business.
