Hyndman council briefed on HOPE talks

A report from HOPE for Hyndman Charter School was given by operations manager Birgette Emerick on Wednesday evening at Hyndman’s borough council meeting. They had several meetings including one on Tuesday with Bedford School District. The school is moving forward with leasing and charter renewal negotiations. “We made some progress; they have some things to take back to their board and we have things to take back to ours next Wednesday,” said Emerick. “We are moving forward and in the right direction and hopeful as of now.” There was an update on the ongoing all-terrain vehicle and golf cart issue.
