Scholarship show honors Valpo High grad Jova Wilson's memory
Jovanina “Jova” Wilson’s life was celebrated at the Memorial Opera House Thursday night, as part of a fundraiser to benefit a scholarship fund in her name “Jovanina: A Star to Be.” Wilson, a gifted performer, passed away in August at the age of 18 after a nine-month battle with a rare cancer.
