National tree plantation campaign to help boost green coverage: Shahab 382 DHAKA, Feb 25, 2021 (BSS) – The National Tree Plantation Campaign and Tree Fair 2021 will be held this year aiming at encouraging people to plant trees and conserve forest to increase the country’s green coverage. The theme of the campaign and fair is ‘Mujib Barshe Angikar Kori, Shonar Bangla Gare Tuli’, Environment, Forest and Climate Change Minister Md Shahab Uddin told a preparatory inter-ministerial meeting at the Secretariat here today. The meeting was arranged ahead of the World Environment Day and Environment Fair 2021 and the National Tree Plantation Campaign and Tree Fair 2021, said a ministry press release.
