A CRIMINAL Behaviour Order (CBO) has been served on a repeat anti-social behaviour offender in Llandrindod Wells. Trisha Clifton, 48, was served with the CBO at Merthyr Crown Court on January 20 following an application by the Llandrindod Wells Neighbourhood Policing Team.
