BELLA VISTA The Bella Vista Animal Shelter has announced a list of fundraising events through October that shelter officials hope will be just as enjoyable to residents of the city as they are beneficial to residents of the shelter.
In one fell swoop April 11 the Bella Vista Planning Commission not only paved the way for a new training tower for the city's Fire Department, but also more space for its animal shelter.
