Bemidji High School grad Jason Edmonds will return to his hometown with his bandmates to play at Mississippi Music at the Bemidji Waterfront on Wednesday, July 19.
Mississippi Music recently donated $14,000 to the Bemidji Parks and Recreation Department and $1,000 to Headwaters Music and Arts, as the committee that operates Mississippi Music at the Bemidji Waterfront directed the donations totaling $15,000 from its fund balance to those two recipients.

Mississippi Music at the Bemidji Waterfront started in 2016. There were no concerts in 2020 because of the pandemic, but it returned last year with seven concerts.
