Werner Macedo, co-owner of D32 Invest, says the homes will most likely be priced at entry-level, and that the company hopes to break ground by the end of this year.
“We’re very excited. We follow the development of the community very closely,” he said. We feel very welcomed by everyone, the municipality. Everyone has just been really great, especially our local partners who are helping us there.”
Though the official sale of the land only recently went through, D32 Invest has been under contract for almost a year and announced Bennah Oaks on social media in March.
In a video posted to Facebook, a spokesperson described the new neighborhood coming to Belleview, which is advertised as a 107-acre community. Bennah Oaks will offer a handful of floorplans for single-family homes, including some with four bedrooms and three bathrooms and others with three beds and two and a half baths.
