Former Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone has arrived at a crown court in London accused of failing to declare a Singapore trust worth more than £400million to the government.

The 91-year-old is accused of a single count of fraud by false representation.

The 91-year-old is expected to attend Southwark Crown Court on Tuesday morning to formally enter a plea.

Bernie Ecclestone will face trial next year for a charge of tax fraud related to more than $450-million of overseas assets.
