On Aug. 6, 2023, Susie Jean (Roberts) King passed away tragically in a motorcycle accident 22 hours after her husband of 49 years.

Sunday was a special day for the Bethlehem Eagles and one of their alumni. The Syracuse University Athletic Department held a special ceremony retiring the jersey of Bethlehem High School graduate and University at Albany women’s lacrosse head coach Katie (Rowan) Thomson. Thompson wore #21 during her four-year career with the Syracuse Orange.

The Tamarac boys basketball team is more than pretty good. Their top ranking amongst Class B high school programs in New York State is not something that the team nor the coaches take lightly.
