Local Cedar Valley community leader Sue Armbrecht passes
WATERLOO, Iowa (KWWL) A prominent leader in the Cedar Valley community has died.
Sue Armbrecht was the regional president for Midwest One bank. She was heavily involved with Grow Cedar Valley, serving on the Finance Committee, Executive Committee, and the Board.
Armbrecht was known for her service on numerous boards, including as Board Chair of Greater Cedar Valley Alliance & Chamber (now Grow Cedar Valley). Her service with them earned her the 2018 Fulfilling the Vision of One Award.
Armbrecht was also a member of the YWCA Board, a member of the Waterloo Rotary, and served on the finance committee and Board of Directors for the Cedar Valley United Way.
