The first one happening around 4 30 yesterday afternoon. The last about seven hours later. The latest of those shootings breaking overnight, a woman shot in the leg on brooktree drive not far from freedom drive. Happened at 11 30 last night. Police say the victim drove herself two miles down the road to darby avenue near the brookshire freeway. Police arent sure what led up to that shooting. They do not believe this incident was connected to any of the other shootings. John two of the shootings happened not far from each other in east charlotte.
