with all due respect to the sfpd ive never seen anyone pulled over for speeding. when ive been on bicycles late at night or in day ive seen near collisions or drivers think they might want to stop at the argo station and they pull over. i strongly support the plan as it stands now on fell. also the same speeding problem on oak, even though its flat, a lot of cars, its a very wide boulevard and theyve treating it like a freeway. so we need separated bikeways. there are compromises that ...
