The man inside the car in the drivers seat was apparently shot in an incident that began about 100 yards down there. We know at this point there was a shooting. The victim was in the car and he was in an accident and is in serious condition. But not life threatening injuries. They are look for clues but we dont believe anyone has been apprehended.
