Post Serum Institute of India (SII) announcing the prices of Covid-19 vaccine, Bharat Biotech too revealed its prices. However the vaccine being produced by Bharat Biotech Covaxin is more expensive. It is priced at Rs 600 per dose and it is for the state.
Following the flak from all corners, SII has reduced the price to states by Rs 100 per dose and Bharat biotech has fallen in this line. The Hyderabad based out company has announced a reduction of Rs 200 which means the vaccine for states is now at Rs 400 per dose.

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, April 26) American vaccine maker Moderna has filed for an emergency use authorization for its COVID-19 doses to be used in the Philippines.
Food and Drug Administration Director General Eric Domingo said the application was submitted on Monday.
An initial shipment of nearly 200,000 doses of the Moderna vaccine is scheduled to arrive in the country on June 15. The Philippines earlier signed a tripartite agreement with the American drug manufacturer to receive 20 million doses. Under the deal, 13 million will be allocated to the government, while seven million will go to the private sector.
The Philippines is also eyeing to procure the coronavirus booster shot made by Moderna.

Covaxin, the indigenous vaccine against COVID-19 will be available for state governments at Rs 600 per dose and private hospitals at Rs 1,200 per dose, Hyderabad-based Bharat Biotech announced on Saturday. Following the Government of India directives, we announce the prices of COVAXIN vaccines - Rs 600 per dose for state hospitals and Rs 1,200 per dose for private hospitals, reads a Bharat Biotech release.
