infrastructure law, which the president managed to get passed to advance efforts to protect people from heat stress, and to move forward with labor protections, so we are still going to regulate and we re going to regulate strong and part of the efforts moving forward will be to make sure that we expedite the process of regulation, which can actually enhance that shift away from polluting sources to our clean energy future. gina, the president has pledged that to the rest of the world he s told them other world leaders this the u.s. will cut emissions in half by 2030. with no legislation, is that goal still possible? well, we believe that it is. and that s part of the challenge that the president is opening up for us and the opportunity. we have to look over the next weeks at what is the best strategy to use absent congressional action. and still hope that congress continues to take up that
