Man at a columbia gas station last month. Back on december 13th 20 year old jeremy davis was killed during an Armed Robbery gone wrong. The Richland County Sheriffs Department says dna evidence played a huge roll in finding suspects. Wiss mike desumma is live at the department now with the latest details. Mike. Just spoke with Curtis Wilson he says that the rcsd press conference at 10am today will be in regards to the murder at the spinx gas station. Apparently the dna lab played a significant role in the arrests in this murder and the sheriff is going to go into wanted for a deadly assault in in jail on several charges including murder, Armed Robbery and kidnapping. Deputies say they assaulted two other men who were sitting inside their vehicle at the spinx gas station on lee road 10 days a second victim suffered nonlife threatening injuries.
