Hydrogen declaration with Germany "won't cost SA"
The joint declaration of intent signed by the Minister in the Presidency for Electricity, Dr Kgosientsho Ramokgopa, and German Vice Chancellor, Robert Habeck, will not have any financial implications for South Africa.
