Warrnambool City Council Signs On For Emissions Reduction Project Warrnambool City Council is one of 46 Victorian Councils to sign on to VECO, the Victorian Energy Collaboration, the largest ever emissions reduction project by local government in Australia. Driver remanded in custody following fatal crash Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives have charged a man following a fatal collision in Carranballac, east of Lake Bolac, on May 12.
