Now with a windchill that feels like 39. different than the 92 new york city saw on wednesday. this is a shock to the system but it is where we should be in april. billings, northern rockies are very cool. as far as big storms, dont have any. springle sprinkles here and there, but we dont have any big dips in the jet stream that form big storms or big ridges that give you heat waves. it is watching the air from the west coast, it is just traveling across the country. a lot of 70s for highs today...
