Elgin City Council members tentatively agreed to provide tax incentives for Elgin Kia to move to the Randall-90 Auto Mall Wednesday, but not without asking for something in return.
The big red barn that was once home to Randy s Vegetables farmstand on Randall Road, just north of I-90, has been torn down to make way for the new home of Biggers Mazda. Randy s will open a new farmstand on Huntley Road in West Dundee sometime in July.
