The Aguwani Sultanganj Ganga bridge was being constructed in Bihar's Khagaria with a cost of over Rs 1,700 crore. 

An under-construction four-lane bridge over the Ganga in Bihar's Bhagalpur came crashing down like a house of cards this evening, for the second time in a year, showed a video.

A bridge in Bihar snapped into two and fell into a river on Sunday. No one was injured as the bridge had yet to be formally opened to the public due to the lack of an access road.

As per Bihar's district magistrate, the matter is under investigation and he assured action against the guilty

A bridge over the Burhi Gandak River collapsed and fell into water. The bridge was not formally inaugurated.

''A bridge fell in Bihar on April 29. I asked my secretary about the reasons. He (secretary) said it was on account of strong winds (hawa aur dhundh),'' Gadkari said.
