The DCB of Surat police has nabbed a 32-year-old man who was absconding for five years after raping a minor girl in Puna area of Surat. The accused, Bhimprasad Paswan, a native of Gonda district of Uttar Pradesh, was apprehended in Amritsar, Punjab. He was working at an embroidery unit and has been booked under relevant sections of the IPC and POCSO Act.
