The Medium-Term Budget Policy Statement’s new date of 11 November has been confirmed. But it signals deepening ruptures in SA's constitutional democracy.

Of the 19 bills Parliament passed in 2020, nine are must-do Budget laws, with two others ensuring Covid-19 tax relief.
