Significant role. so we have to be very careful. theres a lot of things i believe in new jersey we do need to change. ideas of binding arbitration that caused local executives like myself, democrats and republicans, to be put in very, very difficult situations, and we continue to pass pain onto taxpayers, which in this economy we cant afford. but to put forth this idea that we should eviscerate the right to collective bargaining, to get rid of unions all together to me is really going way too fa...
