Review: Aw shucks. Loch Bar in Boca Raton has exquisite seafood, uneven execution
Two and a half stars for Loch Bar in Boca Raton, a new seafood restaurant in Mizner Park from the same Baltimore-based ownership group as Ouzo Bay. It's a striking room with some exquisite seafood, but miscues in preparation and service marred the pricey experience.
