An Australian mum has revealed the huge shock of her daughter being born with a permanent smile and is now sharing the familys life on TikTok to raise awareness about the rare condition.

There are only 14 cases of this ultra-rare condition all across the world. Aylas parents want to get a surgery done so that the doctors could fix the wide smile of their child. While the ‘permanent smile’ looks cute in pictures, it causes several problems.
