Orange County deputies have identified the body of a teenager who fell off a jet ski Thursday night in Lake Down in Windermere.

Rescue crews were on Lake Down in Windermere all day on Friday as they continued to search for a 17-year-old they say fell off a jet ski. Just before 3 p.m., divers with the Orange County Sheriff's Office Marine Unit located the body of the missing teenager.

Multiple law enforcement and rescue crews are responding to a location in the 2800 block of Midsummer Drive to attempt a water rescue.

Crews are searching for a teen who fell off a jet ski in Lake Down in Windermere around 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
