‘Tis the season for music, stories, and raising funds for the Calgary Food Bank — as CBC Calgary hosts its annual Blitz Day Thursday. 

Throughout the month of December, Calgarians helped to raise $1,403,499.65 for the Calgary Food Bank as part of CBC Calgary’s Make the Season Kind campaign.

CBC Calgary’s 37th annual Blitz Day gets going at 6 a.m. Thursday, raising funds and food for the Calgary Food Bank, with special programming, live music and meet-and-greets with hosts throughout the day.
