Cheryl Mitchell Oskaloosa, Iowa | Age 76 Cheryl (Lauffer) Mitchell, 76, of Oskaloosa passed away peacefully on Friday, February 5, 2021, at Mahaska Health Partnership in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Cheryl was born to Charles and Leona (Prickett) Lauffer on February 14, 1944 in Fort Madison, Iowa.
