A second teenager has been arrested in connection with a San Jose hit-and-run that left a pregnant woman and her baby dead last month, police announced.
Police arrested a second teenager in connection to the Oct. 24 crash that killed a woman who was 27 weeks pregnant, as well as her baby, who was delivered after the crash but died in a hospital, according to authorities.
