Two weeks ago, the Laredo Police Department announced that the city had been granted temporary restraining orders to shut down four restaurant-bars: Blue Moon Country Patio, Social Bar & Grill, Vibe and La Patrona Disco Bar. Last week, a judge ruled to keep Blue Moon closed until at least Feb. 19. Hearings on the three other temporary restraining orders were set for Thursday.

Vibe, located at 6408 Crescent Loop, and La Patrona Disco Bar, 1011 Iturbide St., were both served temporary restraining orders by police. This has effectively closed each on a temporary basis. Previously, Laredo PD announced TROs had been issued to Blue Moon Country Patio, 9802 McPherson Road, and Social Bar & Grill, 7128 Rosson Lane.
