Covid-19 s Impact on Women s Mental Health.
In my therapy practice women who have experienced anxiety or depression prior to Covid-19 are suffering the most. Many women are feeling as though they have lost control over their lives. Life is constantly evolving. Which is why I encourage women to reflect on another time they have felt hopeless. Acknowledging that they survived and how they survived is just one tool to assist in successfully working through this challenging time. The last Monday of every month I am donating $5.00 per therapy session to an organization that empowers s women s lives.
