A helicopter that had belonged to one of Gov. Jim Justices coal companies has been listed publicly for sale. A judge had ordered the company, Bluestone Resources Inc., to surrender the helicopter after the company failed to pay a $13 million judgment against it owed to Caroleng Investments Limited, a British Virgin Islands firm.

Residents say contaminants have spread through the water supply, polluting wells and killing pets. Coal companies have pointed fingers at each other.
