A federal judge has been asked to force the Boca View Condominium Association to turn over documents that fair housing investigators say could prove whether it illegally discriminated against an Intensive Care Unit nurse who sought to rent a unit in the complex in April 2020. According to a lawsuit, the association is accused of denying the nurse a rental unit because of her potential exposure to people with COVID-19.
