Uniindia: Bhubaneswar, May 20 (UNI) An approximate 60.55 percent voter turnout was recorded till 1700 hours in the polling held for five Lok Sabha and 35 Assembly constituencies in Odisha on Monday, Election Commission of India sources said.
Unemployment emerges as a crucial issue in the Chatra constituency, with a focus on the shortage of skilled local youths, leading to migration for jobs in mega projects. Local graduates are migrating due to the lack of skill enhancement initiatives, while political leaders and officers have failed to address the issue.
