Caracas, Feb 4 (Prensa Latina) Starting today, the Venezuelan government will activate new Peace Quadrants to protect its coastal towns against possible invasions, smuggling activities and human trafficking.
Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro announced that the Peace Quadrants will be established starting on Thursday, as was also done to neutralize Operation Gideon in 2020, when a group of mercenaries financed by the extreme right and supported by the United States and Colombia, tried to disembark in the coasts of la Guaira to kidnap and assassinate him.
