Does that include the south beach diet, this death of lowcarb fad diet, south beach diet, zone diet, are they also doomed to disaster . I dont know. I think they probably will end up as fads but south beach and zone are a lot better than the atkins diet where atkins was recommending bacon and cheese and steaks and all the foods that are high in saturated fat, the kinds that promote heart disease.
