He had stole it out of my house. Evan luckily the thief only got away with old currency. He could have paid for it with his life. Tammy we have new details surrounding a new shooting investigation in asheville. A local High School Student who was shot died from his injuries this morning. Ashlea surles joins us live from the high school where 17yearold kyrie logan played football. Ashlea, theres still no arrest . Ashlea no arrest, no one has been charged at this point. Police are investigating several people they believe could be tied to this shooting. It happened around 1 oclock in west asheville. Two witnesses came forward. One said kyrie was running way from the gunman when he was shot. At another point documents say police found shotgun shell casings near where kyrie was standing. He had been a junior at a defensive lineman on the erwin Football Team here. Today his coach said he and the team loved kyrie. He would be the first one in the locker room. It is a very dramatic scene. You can see with that car partially underwater, it was the only car that plunged into the creek. We understand two other train cars are described tonight as unstable. There were 214 passengers on the train and incredibly most of them were able to get themselves off the train uninjured. But 14 people were hurt. 10 of those people with minor injuries and four have serious injuries, but we are told those injuries are not lifethreatening. I was able to talk with an Alameda County fire captain. He and six others made up the secondary search team combing through the derailed car combing for anyone who may have been missed.
