(FOX19) - A man has been charged with manslaughter in the death of a man who was found dead in his front yard Friday morning. According to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office, David Gregory, 43, was found dead around 8:30 a.m. in the front yard of his home in the 10000 block of Bruce Drive.

Sheriff: Union man charged with raping, sexually abusing children Paul Weeden | WCPO and last updated 2021-02-04 19:12:48-05 UNION, Ky. — Police in Boone County arrested a Union man Monday accused of multiple sex crimes, including raping, sodomizing and sexually abusing children. On Wednesday, detectives with the Boone County Sheriff s Office received a report of sexual abuse and interviewed the victims at the Northern Kentucky Children’s Advocacy Center. The juvenile victims told detectives the abuse had occurred on different occasions over many years, according to the sheriff s office. Detectives then interviewed 47-year-old Jonathan Anderson, and he confessed to multiple counts of rape, sodomy and sexual abuse, police said.

Lexington Man Accused Of Stealing Packages From Amazon

Boone County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the hub on Litton Lane on January 8 for a reported theft in progress. The initial report was that a man entered the fenced lot, broke into trailers, and stole packages. The suspect fled the area on foot and ran towards a wooded area. With the help of a drone, deputies were able to locate the suspect, who was found stuck in a pond. Lamont Johnson, 28, was taken into custody without further incident. In a news release, deputies say they recovered multiple packages with a total value of more than $4,000, bolt cutters and two suspect vehicles.
