West Bengal Governor C V Ananda Bose visited the family of four children killed in a soil cave-in incident in Uttar Dinajpur. The incident occurred near the India-Bangladesh border when an excavator caused a mound of soil to collapse and bury the children. The visit took place after West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee blamed the BSF for negligence and demanded an investigation into the incident.
