Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum on Wednesday bid farewell to 19 orphan youths, who will soon be departing to Suez City in Egypt, to study Medicine & Surgery (MBBS) on full government scholarship, for a duration of five years.
Borno Government on Friday released N300 million as scholarship grant for 300 orphans of Civilian Joint Task Force volunteers who died while fighting insurgents in the state.
