WASHINGTON Connecticut’s commissioner of Mental Health and Addiction Services will soon depart the agency to lead mental health and substance abuse work for the federal government.
President Joe Biden announced his intent to nominate Miriam Delphin-Rittmon to serve as assistant secretary for Mental Health and Substance Abuse at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) on Friday.
