Domestic Assault Suspect Arrested in Pettis County On Monday at approximately 3:40 p.m., Pettis County Deputies were dispatched to the area of Quisenberry and Sacajawea reference a domestic disturbance. After a lengthy investigation, a warrant was issued for Gardner’s arrest on the following charges: Possession of Child Pornography Bond was set at $250,000. “These are extremely tough cases for law enforcement to investigate, and they could not be successful without our partners at Child Safe and other social service and law enforcement entities. A very tough few months for Det. Sgt. Clevenger, but a successful investigative outcome,” commented Sheriff Brad Anders in a Facebook post.
