We begin with breaking news out of philadelphias grays ferry much police say someone shot 17yearold boy in the head inside the twin dragon restaurant played out at just about 9 15 tonight on dickinson street. Now we have new information where police say that people inside that restaurant even tried pushing door shut so the shooter couldnt get inside which is when they say he fired and bullet went through the glass door and hit a teen in the head.
